This pastoral-appointed board serves to support and care for the pastor and first family. They support and implement the vision through oversight of the spiritual and temporal needs of the church as well as the care, nurture and growth of the congregation. Contact: Carla Partlow
This elected board is responsible for managing all of the temporal concerns of the church through management, procurement, upkeep and improvement. Contact: Greg Davis

The society works to serve the needs of the local and global communities in their homes and nursing homes through prayer, home visits, nursing home visits, and donations. They participate in the annual Angel Tree project to support children of incarcerated parents during the Christmas season. Contact: Pastor Monica Aiken
The Lay Organization exists to help uplift the members of New Liberation through the sharing of knowledge and understanding of our duties as Lay members. We work together with the pastor and leaders of our church and the organization helps to uplift all members of the church who are not clergy through sharing of knowledge and understanding about the history, traditions and principles of African Methodism. Member of the Lay Organization, in cooperation with the pastor and leadership, attend the Washington Conference Lay Organization meetings and all Washington Conference Lay Organization (WCLO) meetings. Church school meets each Sunday morning at 7:45 a.m. for the purpose of teaching and studying God's Word so that we can show ourselves to be able to rightly divide the Word of Truth, God's Holy Word. Contact: Rev. James Aiken
The College Ministry serves to support our members who are currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate school by providing support through care packages and prayer. Contact: Carla Partlow
This appointed board shall assist the steward board in their duties that relate to baptism and communion. They provide and care for the elements of both sacraments. Contact: Claudia Head
This ministry manages the finances of the church and manages individual giving statements. Contact: James Partlow
Our mission is to teach, train, nurture and prepare adults and children through God’s Word with emphasis on those Christian principles that are essential for effective Christian growth. This teaching prepares them for effective living and Christian service in a changing society.
